This tattoo illustrates the union of two cultures with the Celtic knot and the Christian angel wing.
The design includes a St. Patrick cross to represent the saint responsible for the union of these two cultures.
The tattoo is executed in the same blue as the ink from the woad plant, which the Celts used in tattooing.
